Hello everyone! I created this blog in Aug. 2005 and here it is, March 2006 before I finally begin this blogging journey. What took me so long? First of all, I am terrible at keeping in touch, being consistent in journaling, and returning messages so I never had much expectation that I would be faithful in updating the blog. So if I was not going to be consistent, then I figured that I shouldn't even start. Also, I felt like my life is so mundane that I would not have anything to blog about. Maybe another reason is that I don't think I am a very good writer and I don't really enjoy writing either. Therefore, my blog has been sitting here, empty for 7+ months.
"Why start now?" you may ask. Well, (in the terms of blogging) I had a truly blogable weekend! This past weekend something happened to me that was life changing and earth shattering for me. I just couldn't keep it all to myself, so I thought this might be a good way to share what God has been doing in my heart and life.
I can't fit it all into one entry, so I will be expounding over my experience in the next few weeks as I share what I learned and experienced this weekend and what I'm doing with it now that the weekend is over.
If you think of me and would like to offer a prayer for me, this is what I would request: pray that God will protect me from the evil one and carry me step by step as I return to my daily work with this new revelation and empowerment.
As I close, I wish to give praise and thanksgiving to God for revealing Himself to me and giving me a softened heart and finely tuned ears to hear His voice.
